Our Story

From Backyard to brewery

The Masterton Brothers have come a long way from their humble beginnings in 2008 in their backyard. Their 7m x 4m shed consisted of nothing but their pilot brewing kit, malt, yeast, hops, water, and the hopes and dreams of a couple of young brewers.

Fast forward a decade and their 1700sqm site in the industrial precinct in Noosaville employs over 40 staff who live and breathe the company values Heads of Noosa was built on. And as for the pilot kit they learned to brew on... it is still used to this day for their limited release series!

Our Beer

BREWERY UPGRADES

After upgrading the brewery in 2021, adding five new 200HL tanks, we now have the capacity to brew over 3,000,000L per annum. Brewery tours are a major attraction and the brothers are passionate about sharing their brewing journey with visitors.
